We are excited to announce the release of PlanTRAK 5.2, which includes new tools, features, and user experience improvements.
What’s New:

Document Manager
Store and manage your permits, SOP’s, forms, and other important compliance documents in one central location with the Document Manager. This new tool enables Administrators and Director level users to upload, edit, and view documents, which can then be attached directly to Management Plan Items and Events.

Link Multiple Documents
You can now link up to 10 reference or help documents to Management Plan Items and Events. This new feature allows you to provide instructions, forms, permits, and other useful information for any given task.

Site Information Page
Record relevant information for your facilities to improve communication and the transfer of information during transition. The Site Information Page is a great place to record notes about facility specific information, regulatory inspections, changing state or local regulations, or other activity at the site.

Overdue Reminder
Reduce the risk of your tasks slipping through the cracks with the Overdue Reminder Notification feature. This new feature sends an email notification to remind users of an overdue event a set number of days after the event has gone overdue.

Event History
Avoid confusion on who closed, approved, or re-opened an event and when they did it. Event History details an event’s previous activity so you know exactly what happened.

Improved Navigation
Spend less time navigating between facilities. The improved Change Location tool remembers your current location, enabling you to easily switch between facilities in the same division or region.
