PlanTRAK received a new look and some exciting updates!
We wanted PlanTRAK’s design to reflect its function, so we gave it a clean, modern look to reduce clutter and keep it simple. Don’t worry, we designed this to have minimal impact on you and your team’s day-to-day use of the system.
What to Expect:
- Your system will be offline for a short period of time
- Login Information:
- Your username will be your E-Mail going forward
- Use your existing password
- Links in PlanTRAK email notifications that were sent before the update will redirect you to the login page.
New Features and Improvements
- Transfer Tool – Re-assinging items/events and transferring notifications can now be done all at once with the Transfer Tool
- Activity Confirmation Messages – Confirmation message banners at the top of the page confirm various actions like closing or editing events, completing checklists, attaching documents, adding comments, etc.
- Table Improvements
- Search bar – Quickly find the event or information you are looking for within a table by using the search bar
- Customizable table columns – Select which table columns are displayed by clicking “Edit Columns”
- Clickable table rows – Click on table rows to view event information, attachments, and event history.
- Enhanced Sorting – Sort tables by multiple columns by holding down SHIFT while clicking column headers.
- Report Improvements – Attachments are now included in Custom Reports
- Printing – Printed pages now include report/page titles and page numbers
- Icons – Icons have been updated to be more intuitive
- System Optimization and Restructuring – This design refresh was part of a larger update, which included restructuring and optimizing the architecture of the system to enhance user-experience and make future improvements easier.
